Cambridge - Reuter Drive Campus
- Opening in Autumn 2022, the new campus of Conestoga College will be offering apprenticeship and post-secondary programs in the industrial or manufacturing sectors.
Guelph Campus
- Located in the northwest region of Guelph City, the campus is a pioneer in business education, business foundations, general business and office administration, along with career-oriented programs.
Stratford Campus
- The Stratford Campus is housed in Stratford General Hospital, Conestoga's Stratford; the campus offers career-oriented programs and continuing education opportunities.

Kitchener - Doon Campus – Main Campus
- Conestoga's Doon Campus is the first and the largest campus of the college situated off Highway 401 at the Homer Watson Boulevard interchange.
- The campus has many full-time and part-time programs and is also home to the central administrative office.
Kitchener - Downtown Campus
- Recently opened campus in January 2020 inside the Market Square, the campus has started offering programs in business.

Ingersoll Skills Traning Centre
