• Crandall University is a Christian Liberal Arts University nested in Moncton, New Brunswick, Canada, and the University is functioned by the Canadian Baptists of Atlantic Canada.
• The University was founded in 1949, initially named as United Baptist Bible Training School and provided education to secondary school and Bible school. Later, the school shifted its focus to the post-secondary education program in 1968 and changed its name from UBBTS to Atlantic Baptist College (ABC) in 1970.
• In honour of Rev Joseph Crandall, a Baptist minister in the maritime region, the institution was renamed the “Crandall University” on 21st August 2009.
• Crandall University is located in the Atlantic province on the eastern coast of Canada above New York City, with a two hours' flight connecting to Toronto.
