On occasion of its 125th anniversary the university has launched a new programme - world cuisine programme. This programme will run for 10 weeks and aims to focus on international gastronomies, tastes of Latin America, and Asian, Mediterranean and Middle Eastern cuisines. It is the perfect introduction to many international cuisine courses
Each week emphasises on one cuisine which will be conducted by an experts of the same field or the visiting instructor coming to attend this occasion.
On its 125th anniversary Le Cordon Bleu introduced the following diploma courses such as Japanese and Spanish Cuisine, Mexican Cuisine foundations certificate and the professional Thai Cuisine Diploma.
