The Niagara College of Applied Arts and Technology
  • The Niagara College of Applied Arts and Technology is also known as Niagara College and identified as Niagara College Canada. It is a public higher education institution of the College of applied arts and Technology within the Niagara region of Southern Ontario, Canada.
  • The Niagara College of applied arts and technology was founded on 21st May 1965, the Welland campus of the College was established in 1967.
  • Niagara College of Applied Arts and Technology has two modern campuses:
    • The Welland Campus
    • Niagara-on-the-lake Campus
  • Niagara College enrols over 10,500 full-time students every year, out of which 4000 students are international students from more than 60 countries. The College offers over 100 post-secondary diploma courses, apprenticeship, baccalaureate degrees and other advanced level courses.

Welland Campus

  • The Welland Campus is the main campus of Niagara College and pioneer in sustainable technology, uses state-of-the-art methods, and modern learning environments for students.

Niagara-On-The-Lake-Campus

  • The Niagara-on-the-lake-campus was established in 1998, and the campus is spread over 125 acres located in the middle of Niagara city.
  • The campus offers business, hospitality, environmental, culinary and wine programs. The campus is home to schools of Academic, Business and Management, Environmental and Horticulture Studies, Hospitality, Tourism and Sports and Canadian Food and Wine Institute.
  • The campus is home to three major learning enterprises Benchmark restaurant, the Niagara College Teaching Winery and the Niagara College Teaching Brewery which is Canada's first teaching brewery.

Entrance Scholarships

Niagara College offers entrance scholarships for students enrolled in the full-time first term. Following are the scholarships:

English for Academic Preparation Scholarship is for international students enrolling for full-time courses in English for Academic Preparation programs. The scholarship values range from$750 -$1,500.

Accommodation

On-Campus Accommodation

Students willing to experience and enjoy college life mostly prefer living on-campus in a college residence. The college residence is located a minute walking distance from the campus. Residential halls are fully furnished with a kitchen, desk chair, refrigerator. Microwave, Welland Residence and Niagara-on-the-lake have 2-bedroom suites.
